THANK YOU for the incredible work Hampshires Catering did for the parties on Gile Road. As you predicted, everything was perfect. The food was incredible and your staff were A+ at all times. My family enjoyed working with you. We already have a wedding planned for next June! I would like to have your company be the only caterer that outside parties can use here. Let me know if there are other events we can do here. The outside of the house will be painted in the spring. Thanks again, it was great. Congratulations on running such a good business.

We wish to thank you and your staff for the major contribution that you made ensuring that the wedding reception for the marriage of our daughter, Emily, was as remarkable as it turned out to be.
The reception was complicated in that it was held outside, under tents on private property, rather than in a function hall where all the necessary kitchen appliances, etc. are in place and readily available.
From the very outset, your positive attitude and comprehensive knowledge of your industry instilled our family with the confidence that we so sorely lacked as we contemplated the daunting task of visualizing this event. Your recommendation of creating “food stations” rather then a traditional sit down meal, proved to be the key to the remarkably easy flow of the evening. The guests were able to move about, eat and socialize at their own pace, making for a most relaxed and enjoyable evening. This is not just our opinion, but reflects the comments made to us by our invited guests.
You kept every promise that you made, demonstrating your skills as a chef and as an honorable businessman. The food was exceptional; preparation, presentation, and service. Many of the guests commented that the food was the “best that we have ever had” and asked for your business card for future use.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!  Sunday could not have been more perfect. The food was fabulous.  In fact, several people commented that it was the best catered meal that they had ever eaten.  I could have eaten nothing but
black bean and corn salad and been very happy.  And the grilled vegetables were to die for!  My husband loved everything, especially the beef -- he is liked best, as everyone seemed to be mentioning something different.  And the strawberry shortcake was a huge hit -- great suggestion.

As outstanding as the food was, your staff was even better.  Laura and her crew were so accommodating and so pleasant.  They scurrried around setting everything up and were so helpful.  When our guests arrived, they made sure
everything went smoothly, yet managed to stay out of the way.  At the end of the night, they packaged all the food and loaded my refrigerator.  The place was spotless when they left.  I couldn't have asked for a better group of
people.

Please pass along my compliments and thanks to all of your staff.  I look forward to working with you again.

We are confident that when we cann you and convey our needs and our budget we can completely rely on you for the rest. Your suggestions, your willingness to make changes if needed, and your ability to foresee our needs even before we know what they are are enourmously helpful for us as we manage a very busy schedule here at the court.
